Producing a Dissimilar Joint of Copper to Austenitic Stainless Steel by Ultrasonic Welding

چکیده

Abstract There are several possibilities for establishing a cohesion joint between dissimilar metals. In the case of thin sheets, ultrasonic welding process is suitable. This can establish rapidly, with low heat input sheets. The authors have tried to determine optimal parameters copper and austenite stainless steel joining by using an experimental method joining. Suitable results were obtained tests due dissimilarities in chemical, physical mechanical properties steel. A standard size sheet thickness test sample was used different parameters. refined based on theoretical practical knowledge during experiments. made Branson L20 type welder machine. inspected shearing-tensile (maximal force level).
